What many people don’t realize is that the body isn’t just reacting to what’s happening now.

It’s responding to what it has been storing, for months and years.

Your body is not broken.

Often, it has simply been storing and holding more than it was ever meant to carry.

The nervous system remembers.


The body stores.


Energy patterns repeat.

Thankfully those patterns can shift!

And when they do, your body can begin to return to its natural state of ease and vitality.

My Work

I help people release the deeper emotional and energetic patterns that the body has been holding.

The ones that often show up as chronic pain, tension, burnout, anxiety, or a constant feeling of being “on edge.”

Through intuitive energy work, nervous system support, and deep listening to the body’s signals, I guide people through a process of unwinding what has been stuck so the body can begin to heal and restore itself.

My work focuses on helping you:

My Story

Like many people who come to this work, my path began with my own search for healing.

I spent years exploring different ways to understand the connection between the body, emotions, and energy.

What I discovered was that many symptoms we experience, chronic tension, pain, anxiety, fatigue, are not random.

They are often the body’s way of holding experiences that were never fully processed.
When we begin to gently listen to the body instead of fighting it, something remarkable happens.

The body starts to release.

Over time, I found that the most powerful healing happens when we work with the body’s deeper layers — the nervous system, the emotional patterns it has been carrying, and the energetic imprints left behind by past experiences.

This realization led me to create the work I now share through My Indigo River.

A space devoted to helping people reconnect with their bodies, release what they’ve been carrying, and rediscover the natural ease that was always meant to be there.
